Order processing takes 1-2 working days. Deliveries can take anywhere from 4-7 working days. Total delivery time is within 5-9 working days after placing your order.
Please note that all orders come with a tracking number to keep you informed about the status of your shipment.

How do I return an item?

We want you to love your purchase from Elicie. If you're not completely satisfied we're here to help.
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to request a Return

- The reason for your return - Once we receive your request, we'll review it and send you:
- A return address
- Instructions on how and where to send your item
Note: return shipping costs, are the customer's responsibility. - After receiving and inspecting your returned item, the original amount will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days
Please do not send any items back without first contacting us. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

We begin processing orders quickly to get them to you asap. If you wish to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only make changes if your order has not yet been dispatched.
Once the order is shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel it, but you can follow our return process to return any unwanted items.

We work directly with manufacturers and optimize our supply chain to keep prices low without compromising on quality. Yes, all duties and taxes are included in the final price at checkout! There are no hidden fees or surprise charges upon delivery.
