Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase from Elicie. If you're not completely satisfied we're here to help.
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to request a Return
- To start a return, you can contact us at info@elicie.com with:
- Your order number
- The reason for your return - Once we receive your request, we'll review it and send you:
- A return address
- Instructions on how and where to send your item
Note: return shipping costs, are the customer's responsibility. - After receiving and inspecting your returned item, the original amount will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days
Please do not send any items back without first contacting us. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color or item, please:
- Return the original item following the process above.
- Place a new order for the item you want.
Order Cancellations
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. If you need to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet shipped. Since we process and ship out orders within 1-2 business days, cancellations are not possible once an order has been dispatched.
If the consumer initiates the order cancellation before the order has been shipped out, and within the time period allowed for order cancellation as stated on the website, the order can be cancelled.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the shipping label and the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend sending your item back with tracking, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, we'll let you know via e-mail. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
